I can’t wait to add the paperback to my shelf of Linda Lenhoff novels (I had a light-blue bug too, but it wasn’t a convertible).
OMG!! I received notice of this book through an email blast from “Reading with Robin” who was promoting the book. I will be most anxious to read it because I owned a 1967 Volkswagon Beetle!! It was yellow with black interior and like all of those beetles we drove and loved had no heat in the winter to the point you needed an ice scraper to clean off the INSIDE of the window! Years later when the floor was rotted out beyond repair I upgraded to a “Super Beetle” which was gold and had an actual dashboard but again, no heat!!
